Writing on behalf of my father to is an OAP - He bought a bed frame along with a mattress which cost roughly around £1000 in total for it to be absolutely infested with bedbugs!! Have contacted them and no response whatsoever, I am now having to get pest control out to my home as it has spread throughout the whole house. Would not recommend carpet right at all.

In view of press reports...they explained everything took our order and said we would pay when collected .....as the only floor covering we found that we liked we were happy

The shop staff were knowledgable, informative, polite and very helpful.
The carpet fitters were also polite and did a very good quality and efficient job.
Prices are very good too.
There was one issue with the scheduling of the fitting dates but they were easily able to rectify this to my satisfaction.

Received so much help from Liz at Carpetright which made it a very quick and easy experience when purchasing my bedroom carpet.

Excellent service and expert advice, honest and trustworthy, was served by Wayne.

Having previously always bought carpets from carpet right I was very glad to have found their new store in Dunstable the manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I was very happy to purchase the carpet I required.

Visited Dunstable store and met with Rob, who was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. He was very professional and polite, and was able to answer all the questions. Will definitely recommend and visit again to purchase for the rest of the rooms.

The Lady Assistant was very helpful, my son couldn't take the carpet in one go, so the rest was stored in the
shop until we could collect,we bought carpet for two
rooms.I am pleased with the quality of the carpet,
visitors say how nice it looks.

Carpetright provided a seamless purchasing experience, and Wayne's customer service from the Dunstable store was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend!
