I have not yet received my flooring as only just ordered but the shop floor service was fantastic. Very sensitive and understanding of the position I’m in . Very helpful with choosing what’s best for me .

Stair carpet.
The professional assistance we received in store as well as guidance as to the product that would best suit our needs was excellent. This was followed up with the lady who completed the measuring of the area to be carpeted. Her guidance resulted in an excellent job. The carpet fitters competed the work very quickly and to a high degree. First class all round. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Excellent service
Excellent customer service from the minute I walked in to have a look at the flooring options. When Alex came and measured up she was extremely polite and really helpful and when I went back to place my order once again the service was amazing. I cannot fault the service at all, they made the whole process so easy.
