No pressure sales
Over the past years I have always used carpet rights. There is no pressure in purchasing the sales assistance. Always acknowledge you when you went to the store and then leave you to make a decision to approach them. I always seem to get Mark when I go in he’s always very helpful.

Visited their Guiseley store at Easter, looking for new carpets for all bedrooms plus stairs & landing. The guy who attended to us Peter was really friendly and knowledgeable, helping us to choose the right quality and shade of carpet based on a wallpaper sample we took with us. The order process was very slick, and the carpets arrived and were fitted within 2 weeks, and we are delighted with them. A great experience all round ! 10/10

Your staff were very helpful
Your staff were very helpful and the large variety of vynil flooring was good. We only needed to purchase a small amount for a toilet, but this was just as important a purchase to Darren and the staff. Thanks for all your help.

Carpet fitting
Called into this store a few weeks ago, Mark looked after me, great advice, honesty and very helpful, choose carpet, underlay, arranged all measurements times.
Got a call 1 hr before measurements were taking to say on way.
Went back to guiesley to pay ,Mark was with customer but settled the bill with Darren, was very helpful, explained everything well,very efficient.
Would like to say a big thank you to you 2 guys and will deffo recommend you.

Great Lino, poor fit
Great Lino. Awful fitting. There’s a crack in the floor. No conversation about what to do about it, just chuck the Lino down quick and leave. Now after paying for a good quality product, there’s a dirty great ditch in the floor.
