Great experience
I'd been shopping around for new flooring and carpet for a little while and assumed Carpetright would be much more expensive than other well known suppliers. Surprisingly Carpetright gave the best service all round and were able to cater to my needs. The customer service was amazing and they took me through the whole process step by step. The best part is that they were significantly cheaper than some of the other companies - as I happened to buy within the sale period. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service
I was enquiring about some flooring and a very nice gentleman offered to help(Raj) he was very polite,friendly and helpful and there was no pressure to buy, he gave a rundown of all the information and costs and I said I would come back on the following Monday and because I didn't feel pressured I did return and are now having new flooring fitted.
This gentleman is an example to how to run a shop as he didn't rush me and made the experience a pleasant trip and I left there feeling happy and not harassed.
Well done Raj...10 out 10 from me.
