Absolutely awful. Got the floor a week ago, didn’t come with spray that I ordered after I paid £25 for delivery. They had two things to deliver! So in all in cost me about 50 to get more spay, for the travels. Called to be told to go to store (cost more money) to collect. Nothing to collect in store once arrived as they don’t have it :)))) will also not refund for the spray. So a week later the vinyl is still laid out in my sons room because of they’re complete rubbish communication or lack of care. Try and avoid this place at all cost

Both of the members of staff i dealt with were very helpful. The carpet fitter who has measured up was also helpful and helped me to get the right carpet

I needed carpet for a rental property fast and she enabled the supply and fitting the very next day!! Would highly recommend, especially the Havant branch. Thank you Emma.

I am amazed at the service I had from Carpetright I was met in the shop with curtesy and professionalism.
The product was great just what I was looking for I was so pleased that I bought 2 more items.
The carpet fitter deserves a mention he was on time and knew his job which he done with great expertise.
I hope to use Carpetright Havant again.

Nice place to shop and verities

Greeted on entry very helpfull with carpet selection no pressure to purchase only two staff but both were happy to answer questions and we purchased a nice carpet

The staff in Carpetright in Havant couldn’t have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable, polite and friendly but not pushy. Unfortunately their systems crashed and took a full week to be restored which caused a delay in being able to pay for and arrange the fitting of the carpet I chose but this was through no fault of their own and I’m glad I decided to sit it out as the end result is exactly what I wanted. The fitter they booked was equally efficient.

Emma dealt with us expertly,having changed our minds from one carpet to another overnight

Very helpful in answering my questions

Friendly staff who provided useful information without every feeling like they were trying a hard sell. The was also a great range of off-cuts, including a good range of off-cuts that had been cut and whipped to standard small/medium/large/runner sizes. Incredibly good value and well finished.
