Great Experience, Very Helpful.
Just happened to stop by after I went to the range next door as me and the wife are looking to change the kitchen flooring.
Abdul approached me and helped explain about all the new flooring options available to me rather than just getting a lino.
Didn't purchase today but will be back in with the wife, but just felt like leaving a review as its rare these days to go to a store and not feel pressured to buy and still have someone willing to help.

Inappropriate conversations about customers
The gentleman that served us was excellent, couldn't help us enough- Viji. The only thing I would say (and it almost put me off and I thought about leaving the shop) There was another lady serving customers who was openly complaining about customers that she thought were rude because they didn't like waiting. She even said, I wont serve them and I dont care if they leave. I could hear the whole conversation that went on for a good 15 mins of her complaining about customers. Not what I expected and it put me off. If she had been the only person in the shop serving I would have left and gone elsewhere.

Extremely good and efficient
The measuring and ordering processes were easy and the fitters we excellent. Did my house in 1 day - I was amazed and they did a great job.
The only slight niggle for me was that there were a few extras on the day such as missing gripper and clear mastic for a vinyl floor. It was not a lot of money just a niggle.

When John the 'estimator' calledhe gave knowledgable advice on how to proceed and was followed up by a phone call to set a date for fitting.
