IT SHOULD BE NO STARS.
I think it's deplorable that you take my order and money days before you go into administration.
I can't believe you weren't aware it was going to happen.
As a pensioner with limited funds I'm now in a position of being out of pocket with little or no chance of getting anything back.
No doubt management and directors will get hefty payouts.
It's absolutely despicable

Jim was lovely but waiting at the computer to load and confirm payment of carpet and booking fitting date took nearly half an hour. I felt for Jim but in this day and age all we wanted was to pay for carpet and go but we waited ages!! Get some new computers CARPETRIGHT

Incredibly poor service which is very disappointing for such a well known retailer. The staff were rude and dishonest and initially did not meet the delivery timescales agreed. The carpet fitters were also awful and did a complete bodge job when fitting the carpet with gaps at the edges and us having to arrange to have the doors shaven down into rooms after fitting to avoid further damage to the carpet. When we raised these issue with the branch they were rude, disingenuous and not willing to help rectify the issues. Overall, sadly a really bad experience from start to finish. I would strongly encourage anyone to not go to this branch and look to spend their money with another carpet retailer if possible.

Online getting a sample bit of a pain, took 4 times to do it! But overall good, chap in the shop a little slow on his computer but nice enough. Chap that came to do the measure up, very nice, informative. And Joe who fitted my vinyl floor was lovely, friendly, did a really good professional job fitting my floor and tidying afterwards 😊

Lewis from Carpetright Horsham was very professional whilst helping me find the carpet that best suited me for my new home. He was explaining to me about the different types of underlay too which helped me to have a better understanding of what was available. He was a very lovely man & specifically stuck with him through out the planning, carpet measurements as well as payments as he made me feel very comfortable. 5 star throughout my whole experience with him! :)

The staff at your horsham branch have no interest in their job and are very unhelpful. I visited the store 4 times and on no occasion was given any advise as to what flooring wood be suitable for my needs.perhaps some staff training could be put in place.

Excellent Service with a special mention for Carl and Louis, for brilliant fitting. Very pleased with the quality and result.

Alyx helped us pick the right flooring for our project. She was very helpful and polite. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nothing has really gone wrong as such but I cant see why on earth Im being asked this question 2 weeks BEFORE its being fitted. Order process not the clearest if you want to take advantage of weekly deals. A lot of back and forth between the quotation, head office and the store. People at the store were all nice enough.
