I rarely need a new bed or carpets but over the years Carpetright Limited in Jersey has been my go-to place and they always have exactly what I want at a reasonable price, friendly staff who provide an absolutely super service.

Excellent service. I Accidentally ordered wrong vinyl, but had no problems with cancelling and ordering correct vinyl. This is the fourth time I have used Carpetright and the service has been fantastic each time from sales to fitting.

When I went in the staff were dealing with a very rude customer and I thought they delt with it in a very professional manner and were extremely polite. Ordering was made easy by Ann. I emailed to check when the vinyl would arrive and I had a swift reply from Simon with information on delivery date. I called the afternoon it arrived and spoke with Jordan who was very helpful on the phone, we then collected that day and met Simon who helped us load in to van and gave us some top flooring tips. Fantastic service and the vinyl looks lovely; little ones choice for playroom. Very happy customer 😁

I have been to Carpetright a few times and they never disappoint. Beds, mattresses, carpets .. they can be a big decision and I think the employees have the right approach.

I was looking for a particular mattress, and once the gentleman showed us to where they are and what there is on offer, he let us know where to find him and gave us space to try, compare and contemplate. No hounding or pushy hand-selling, which is great.
(Also noted that there was no blaring music in the store, like some other shops I've been to in my furniture hunt, where you can't hear yourself think, never mind make a decision!)

Once I had made my decision, the purchase steps were quick and easy and overall it's been a very positive experience and I feel I am getting good value and service for my money.

It's a little drive from town, but really worth checking out. Great variety of bedframes, mattresses and whole lot of choice in carpets. Do recommend!

Excellent customer service and very friendly

Moving house can be so stressful and finding the right and affordable flooring can add to all the stress! But chatting to the team at Carpetright took all that anway away, the team, mainly Ann, Rupert and Simon went way above and beyond their duties and sought the right carpet for me. Due to the lead time on moving, they also managed to arrange the fitting quickly. Huge thank you to the team, you restored my faith in humanity! Forever grateful.
