They took a £2500 payment knowing full well that I would never get a refund or goods. Someone needs to be held accountable for this thievery. Doubt they will however. Sorry to everyone who has lost their money, you aren't alone

The staff member was really helpful and explained everything to us carefully.
There was a large range of carpets to choose from and he helped us to find the right one for us.

We’re shortly relocating to Kendal and visited and placed an order for carpets yesterday at the store in Kendal. We were helped by Matty, who was very helpful, informative and made placing an order straightforward and seamless. A surveyor has visited the property today to measure up, our order is now placed and we look forward to our new carpets being fitted.

After a few issues beyond Carpet Rights control, Matty ( Manager ) at the Kendal store was excellent. He was always friendly and extremely conscientious with our order and any questions we had. We chose one of the Emperor Carpets which we've had before and can highly recommend for look and durability.
