Victoria was knowledgeable and courteous picked out carpet samples and sent them with the man who measured my house for me to see what I liked , the carpet fitters Robert & his grandson were great , cleared all the cut offs away and hoovered , another 2 weeks getting another one fitted & I hoping it the same 2 men , thank you & thank you Victoria it was a pleasure x

Great service from Victoria and her colleagues at the Kilmarnock store. After a bad experience elsewhere, we went to Carpetright who came out, measured up and assured us that there wouldn't be any problems. The fitter Alan did a fantastic job fitting the new laminate flooring! We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would recommend Carpetright and their fitters for a professional job.

Only one member of staff working on a public holiday Waited over an hour for assistance. Poor lady under enormous pressure with long queue. Then computers failed. Would have taken business elsewhere if I hadn’t felt sorry for your staff. Shocking way to treat her.
