The Fitters Were also very polite engaging and first class with limited space they made it work too class job on stairs
Definitely recommend especially to anyone in difficult circumstances

We couldn't be happier with CarpetRight, we got exactly what we were looking for, at a fabulous price. We got really helpful advice and both staff we spoke to were super helpful.

What can I say. Julie was amazing. I was the one who was havering over our laminate choice of brands. She guided us through everything that could be supplied.
We went to numerous suppliers and felt ignored and pressured into spending more than I wanted/ could afford.

Got a call on Wednesday to confirm fitting for Friday. Waited all day and when contacted the shop about the no show they said that they had forgotten to pass the job to the fitter so it would be Monday. We had to cancel plans as our grandchildren were due to visit but because we had lifted the carpet on the stairs there were gripper rods showing so to dangerous for them to visit. Got some pathetic apology from someone called Mark. Did say he would register the complaint and try and get a goodwill gesture of some compensation for the error. Surprise,surprise it couldnt be authorised. Poor show, carpet right now off the go to list.

I found all the staff I dealt with were lovely and had my best interests, I wanted a fluffier carpet and extra for a bedroom cupboard but they said it would be a waste of my money. They were honest and I'd definitely use this company again.

From the ladies in the shop floor to the carpet fitters it’s been a pleasure . So helpful , polite and knowledge about what the do . It’s meant moving home was easier . Thanks again
