Excellent service and knowledge once again from grant and his team

All staff spoke really politely and positively with me, they also gave great advice on which carpet would be best for the rooms I needed it in. The payment procedure and booking was really quick and easy!

We wern’t pounced upon as soon as we walked into the store which is what we don’t like but when we asked for assistance/ help in choosing, the staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding.

Good knowledge of carpets and willingness to find the right one based on a sample I had. A little more pro active explanation of the delivery/fitting process and how the balance could be paid would improve the experience - I had to ask a lot of questions to understand next steps.

Great options in variety of carpet products, was advised on what was the best for my needs. Advisor was very helpful and easy to talk to, was helped with colour required and carpet pattern, overall enjoyable experience

the manager Grant was very professional, there was no rush to simply sell. he talked us through all different ranges and styles allowed us the freedom to wander.
We are delighted with the price and look forward to having carpets laid

Rae was absolutely amazing, her customer service was brilliant. She helped me find the best value for money and did all she can to keep costs down for me. She even helped me start removing my carpet and laminate so make it easier for me before I get my carpet laid. Nothing was too much hassle for her. Honestly the best customer service I’ve received in a very very long time. Rae is a real asset to your company and she would be the reason I’ll return in the future. Thank you so much again, you efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. Appreciate you.

Easy to deal with, nice automated system from quote to payment

Lisa who served us was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely attentive. We were able to order the carpet with ease. The measuring service was put in place immediately and Rae was very efficient.

Fantastic service. Grant took the time with me to explain which carpet/underlay would be best suited. Then was very patient as I dithered over the colour!
