Found a carpet that I liked and according to floor area and price per metre the cost was approx £250.
I was told that I had to buy the whole roll and the cost was over £500 - although I was offered a slight discount to £450. This meant the store was telling me I had to pay for £200 worth of carpet I didnt need!
I was informed that they could make mats for me (at extra cost!) out of the remaining carpet.
Absolutely unbelievable ....no wonder they are going into administration

Incredibly helpfully lovely bunch thank you Lincoln branch. It can be hard to envision what the floors will look like with our walls and furniture and all the ect bits that need to be purchased but these guys went above and beyond making its more enjoyable and less stressful. We will definitely be back and recommending you to all family ands friends. Finger crossed the fitters are just as good.

Very positive experience getting my laminate/carpet from carpetright. The lady who served me has been very helpful with some issues from supplier which are now sorted to my satisfaction. Good selection to choose from and will recommend carpetright again.

Our experience at Carpetright whilst sourcing a runner for our kitchen floor was a pleasant one. Both members of staff we dealt with were both friendly and helpful. They went to great lengths to explain how we could have carpet cut and whipped to make a bespoke runner exactly as we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Myles let us know about the difference in products and availability etc and answered all our questions with great knowledge.
