Rang the Maidstone office to make an enquiry. Jason answered promptly, gave useful information and details. He then greeted me in store and carried out my purchase request. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, satisfactory result - all you could wish for in an in-store retail transaction these days.

Good quick service

This is my second major bedding buy this year.
I have been buying good-quality end-opening ottoman beds - two singles and one double, complete with headboards and very comfortable mattresses. These beds are so useful, having large storage areas underneath for spare bed linen and clothes, etc. - no need for separate cupboards.
I thoroughly recommend the Carpetright Maidstone branch and I have been very pleased with the customer service I have received from the sales team - Jason, J-J and Caen. Thank you all for such a pleasant shopping experience.

Absolutely appalling service. Fully ordered and paid for large amount of laminate and then was called one week later to say they got the price wrong, after the contract had already been signed and materials ordered! They then had the nerve to ask for half of the price difference which was huge. I wasted hours of time. They can't even honor prices in a signed contract - worse than phone scammers.
