I originally went to your Arnold it was not a pleasant experience.
We were quoted the wrong amount of materials and would have been very short.
We were then told the site had no stock.
We were told they could not order has company was going to liquidation.
When we asked if they could contact other stores, they refused stating they never answer because there so busy.

After phoning the Mansfield branch, who answered straight away, we attended this store.

After being so close to going elsewhere for my laminate floor and accessories, I can't thank the 2 ladies who served me enough. There lovely personality's and obvious years of experience made me feel at total ease. The ladies went above and beyond to get all my products and arranged a quick delivery
I so hope there still there when I go for my next lot of flooring.

Thank you ladies, I hope you see this.

Sharon (mansfield notts branch) the lady who helped us choose a new mattress advised us which would be best for us. Then she left us to choose , i didn't feel pressured at all. Nothing was too much trouble for her, answered all my questions.

No support from a Regional Manager!
I want to firstly start this review with saying my issue of customer service from the store manager Andy and Tina Woods in customer service has been amazing! They tried to go above and beyond to help me resolve my issue but unfortunately for me the regional manager Emma has made this situation so hard and caused me no end of stress!
I purchased a bed on the 26th March 2024 and delivery was arranged for 2nd April! On the day of delivery the drivers arrived and unloaded the bed! The head board was placed up against my wall on the fabric end and when they moved it I found it was damaged, they popped this back on the van and carried on with bringing the bed in, when this was all happening I noticed the drivers had walked mud all through my hall way, they took the bed up to my room and left! I then took a look at the bed and it was also damaged not only that it was 2 different colours! I spoke with Andy and a new one was arranged for delivery a few weeks later! When they arrived I checked before it was unloaded and found that the second bed was also damaged! After already taking 2 days annual leave to take delivery I spoke with Andy and asked for some compensation as this wasn’t good enough! He helped with a few options put forward to the regional manager to have them all rejected, they were not unreasonable in my opinion! I then contacted customer services as I wanted to return all items and the level of service I was receiving to get this resolved was horrendous! I will add that it was now near the end of May and I still had the original damaged bed and mattress which I was told to use whilst this was getting sorted! After Tina speaking with Emma a response was made that all she can do was for me to pay the full amount, attempt a 3rd bed to be delivered and a “good will gesture” of a £100 to me! I refused and said I would like to return it all as this was not good enough! I then received and email from Tina to say all would be returned and they would be in touch to arrange collecting, around a week or went by and I then received another email saying Emma is not excepting that and as the mattress was fine I would have to pay for that but have no bed for it to even go on or I had to except her first offer, she was trying to back me into a corner all the way through this process I felt! Taking her title to the extreme as it’s her way or no way! As I was taking finance out I was able to go through them for my consumer rights act and after 3 months of going back and forth I got a phone call from Andy at the store to say it would be all collected! I then waited another week to have to keep chasing with Andy to when it would be collected he said again he was waiting on Emma the regional manager to arrange! I was then called by the Mansfield depot to say a van would be with me in half hour but I had no phone call to say it would be collected on that day! When I rushed home I was informed that it was the manager from the Worksop depot had a call to do it that morning! So 3 months later the bed is gone and this could of been resolved a lot sooner if the regional manager was more customer service based and helpful! I was the buyer and spending a lot of money yet the stress and terrible service has been horrendous!

Went to buy a single bed for our son had a lovely lady called Sharon who helped us a lot talked us through the deal they had on and we got a really good price for what we wanted

Anna was very helpful,polite and approachable.
She explained about the mattress and was very knowledgeable about the goods.

Anna (deputy manager) was very polite and professional in her approach and explanation of everything. She is a great ambassador and credit to the company.

Always a great experience and they look after their customers.

Sharon was amazing. Truly took the time to let us choose the best bed for our needs. Was incredibly helpful and friendly. Due to this we will be coming back for our carpets soon. Beds were fantastic quality like the customer service.

Man sat at desk greeted me as soon as I walked in . Showed me all the vinyl Available in the right size and took me through payment and delivery. Job done. Very nice chap friendly and polite.

The Salesperson in the Mansfield store, Sharon, was extremely polite & helpful. She included my 7 yr old granddaughter in all of the conversation which made her feel VERY important, & also managed to get the fitting time down from 6 weeks to just 2 weeks after a lot of negotiating with her manager. I would definitely make this my first shop to call in for carpets for good quality, good pricing, & exceptional service.

Helpful staff and a great range of carpets at good prices. We ordered 3 bedroom carpets and underlay. We chose the carpet in store and they sent someone out that afternoon to measure up. Fitted today and the fitters were brilliant and did a great job. They even helped us move a few pieces of furniture and hoovered all the carpets before they left. This is the second time using carpet right and their fitters and I will certainly use again..many thanks.

The lady who served us was so friendly and helpful I think her name was Rachel, we had our previous carpets from carpetright and she got our measurements up and did everything to get us a good deal,we are eventually having the whole house done and she helped with deciding the best way to do it .

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales men could not do enough for you

Excellent communication and a very fast service. Went in Friday job done Saturday morning you cannot get better than that.

Really good service from store manager Andy and from Paul (?) who came to measure up, despite the IT problems the company has had over the past week.
