Paid for flooring and have heard nothing …
Well I have found your telephone advisors are on the main rude and seem un interested when I was making the original enquiry even though I found the item on your website and I told the guy the brand and colour name he was unable too find the item and rang me back twice then he eventually found the item then when I had the measure and I paid for the flooring I haven't had any more information from carpet right you have had our money and have communicated nothing other than this survey im not impressed at all

Great friendly help by the assistant, very helpful, answered all our questions and assisted us getting the carpet in my car. Payment was easy and I had my receipt on my phone before I got home.

Shopping used to be simple
Shopping used to be simple, now you have to give all your details even for small purchases.
In future I’ll do as much of my purchasing online. What should have been a one minute process ended up taking 10 minutes just to produce a receipt! It spoils the enjoyment of going shopping.
