We were allowed to look at the beds without any sales pressure the first young man who came to help us when we asked I think was fairly new and when he wasn’t sure did not hesitate to ask for support from a senior colleague called Harley. Harley made sure we got everything we asked for /needed making it a pleasurable experience he also ensured we got the best deal available whilst also supporting a junior colleague

On Monday 15th April my wife and I were looking for a door mat. entering the Nene Valley store we were greeted by Harley and his colleague and asked them if they sold them to which we were told no but would we go with them . They produced a batch of discontinued samples and let us choose the colour telling no charge please have it. SERVICE WITH A SMILE THANKS.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff regarding the flooring that I chose . Gave me advice on type of underlay and explained the benefit of choosing that type of underlay.
When my son picked up my order he said the warehouseman was friendly and helpful too.
