Failed to deliver ordered flooring. Informed me once that it was out of stock and delivery would be a further 4 weeks. No furthers comms. Local store closed so phoned and then went to store advised in notice on door. Rep said still couldn't say when flooring would be delivered so cancelled order and got money back.

Very professional assistant, knowledgeable that made me feel at ease, no hard sell, just solid advice on carpet qualities, suitability and pricing. Great Job

The sales assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable, easily understood our requirements and was able to recommend the right products.
Likewise, the person who came to measure up was friendly and took the time to explain how the job would be completed as well as ensuring that nothing had been missed during our in-store appointment.

Fitter or shop never rang with price, I had to ring them after 2 days.

We were helped in our quest to find cushionfloor for a cloakroom. The member of staff was helpful and pleasant.
The one we chose, unfortunately, will not be back in stock for a month. The only criticism I have is being asked to fill this in before we have the goods.

Amazing service, I’ve never booked a home appointment before. The rooms were measured, flooring chosen and paid for all at the same time. The estimator was polite and friendly, it was a hassle free experience.

So far so good. Efficient fitter arrived on time to measure and estimate, and I have arranged for carpet to be fitted at a suitable time. Impressed that carpet can be stored by Carpetrite until needed. This has necessitated a change to the Altrincham store as Northwich is closing, but this was arranged cheerfully and efficiently. Slightly disappointed that there wasn't a larger range of samples to look at but thankfully we managed to find one that we liked.

This was a better than expected experience, aided by the knowledgeable sales assistant.

I had a couple of visits to see what roll ends were available before my fitter confirmed what size I needed. As soon as I knew, I was back to buy it.
Friendly helpful staff and a great deal to get my stairs sorted.

The three stars are all for the staff. As friendly and helpful as they could have been. The missing two stars are for the 3 trips to the store it took to get a coir mat paid for. Their card machine did not like taking payment over the phone yet the same machine took payment in-store. I regularly use the card to make purchases over the phone normally.

Very quick and efficient service, thanks to Vicky at the branch polite and friendly and answered any queries I had.

Excellent customer service on every visit throughout last 2 years. Knowledgable, which helped immensely when choosing carpet for our stairs especially. Always acknowledged when waiting to be served, to let us know they knew we were waiting. Was nice to be remembered from previous visits too.

An excellent experience. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I asked many questions but nothing was too much trouble. I would encourage anybody looking to purchase a new carpet,to visit this store.
