After moving into our new home with no carpets, carpetright was able to give us decent quote. They were able to squeeze us in a weekend which Wasa bonus too. Really pleased

After visiting a number of different retailers, I spoke with Paul the manager who was very informative and helpful on the phone. Paul was again really helpful when I visited the store. He was able to answer my questions and was upfront with all the associated costs and helped me get a great deal.
Totally recommend.

Went into this store to enquire about some kitchen flooring but upon making an enquiry with one of the salesman we were met with an unhelpful and unenthusiastic salesman whom couldn’t even get up out of his seat to show us what was available. Because of this we went over the road to another famous flooring shop and made a purchase over there by a very helpful salesman whom got up out of his chair the minute we walked through the door and guided us where we needed to look and then did us a great deal on some flooring!

Carpetright provided us with an excellent, friendly and efficient service from start to finish. We were let down badly by the Floor Room in John Lewis but not only was the service from Carpetright faultless, our new wood flooring was a much better deal and we saved money. The floor fitter was polite and fast. He fitted the floor single handedly in 2 days and cleared away all the mess before he left. We couldn't be happier and I can't recommend Carpetright highly enough.

I was worried our order wouldn't arrive in time, but Paul was very helpful and kept me up to date and was very friendly and helpful when I went to pick it up on time

Good service, good price with Paul, good delivery

I was greeted immediately and left to browse hassle free. A sales person was available to answer any questions. I ordered and paid for the carpet and was given a quick delivery/fitting date to suit myself. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and professional explaining the process and other items needed (underlay, grippers etc) as well as other services. I would definitely recommend the store and I would return there without hesitation.
