We had to get some quotes for a new carpet for an insurance claim & it had to be like-for-like - Victor at Rayleigh gave us several options and couldn’t have been more helpful. He provided quotes with & without underlay, different carpets, with & without fitting, he was superb. He even went the extra mile & emailed us the same day to advise on a query my husband had. We bought the carpet as a remnant, lucky enough to find the right colour & size, it was then fitted within 2 days! We’d had a quote from another company & the sales adviser’s parting word was “if you come back & I’m not here, I’ll be out the back having a smoke”!! Needless to say we went straight back to Victor! Thank you Victor!

Denise was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She was happy to let us browse the store and also helped with advice on what we wanted with prices etc. She made the process simple and easy.

The store was well laid out and it was easy to find the products we were interested in. The sales person was friendly and very helpful. The products were of good quality and the prices were very reasonable with the generous discounts. Good value compared to similar items elsewhere.

booked a measuring appt via phone and agreed day/time. when i called back couple days later to make sure it was definately booked in i was given a different day to what i originally booked!! after alot of chasing and being told a confirmation email would be sent and being told they would call be back...they have done neither!! you also have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks for carpets to be laid which is no good to me as i need this done urgently whilst the property is empty!! i will not be buying any carpets from this company and will be taking my custom elsewhere!!! my advice to you is do the same!!

We where welcomed with a good morning we replied and we said we were going to browse after a short while we had made our choice from a large selection we asked the lady we also wanted smooth edging the lady replied you can use smooth edging but it has to have underlay which we already have the sale went through nice and easy we said we wanted it folded and we will call back later to collect when we returned everything was ready to collect the lady helped us to the car excellent service
