No surprise - choosing to steal from thousands of hard working customers
No surprise. Promised to fulfil orders but instead chose to steal £1.8K from myself and thousands of other customers. VERY rude sales man who just said as he was losing his job I was selfish asking for a refund. Luckily paid on credit card so refund is now imminent.

Very helpful

I visited the Rochdale store, where Geoff the assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. He demonstrated the various underlay under our chosen carpet, that helped us to make an informed choice. We left the store after making our purchase, very happy with the service.

The store staff were very helpful in pointing out the differring types of carpet and the various ways of obtaining same i.e. existing offcuts, cuts from instore rolls and ordering from pattern samples. The date for fitting the carpet was organised to suit my avalbility. all was very satisfactory.
