Instore service was brilliant, very helpful. The fitter on the other hand disgusting moaned about the work as we have a very awkward window bay and kept swearing while my 6 year old niece was in the kitchen area. Smelled of body odour also which was very uncomfortable to have to be in the same room as. The carpet seems lovely though it is coming up slightly near the door. We bought last month and was very happy with the instore service

We ordered our carpet 6th July 2024. Towards the end of July we heard they had gone into administration! We visited the shop and were told because we had a fitting date, our order would go ahead. We have now received a letter from the administrators suggesting the opposite??!!. Who are the carpet fitters for Carpetright?? We don't know whether to tear up the original carpet or not?? Or whether they will be on our doorstep on the morning of the 9thAugust???

Luke helped me a great deal to choose a good option for carpet and tried his best to fitted with a short notice.
Hope I will get the carpet I have chosen.

Nice to look around and not have pushy sales people which is a big put off. Gav was very helpful and gave us some good advice.

Customer service is poor. No enthusiasm, seemed as though my sale was a burden.. no real drive to talk me through options.

Darren the surveyor was nice and helped with quote etc. In store were miserable to say the least.

Absolutely amazing service! Luke and the team at CarpetRight went over and above to help us when the carpet and vinyl we needed wouldn’t be ready (nor installers )to move into our new build property. They rang around lots of places to get an installer and helped us find similar products. Very happy with CarpetRight’s nation wide service.

I went in to the Rugby store to order carpet for several rooms. Myles was really helpful and let me take my time looking through various carpets and colours. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave good advice. Very happy with the service.

The Carpetright agent was most helpful with his advice & assisting us to choose a suitable carpet from a range that both met our needs and was made in a width to minimise the wasteage. He explained clearly how the various costs were made-up and the delivery arrangements & timescale. A very happy visit to Carpetright.

We needed advise about an unusual carpet request and sales adviser Gav was very helpful .we are very pleased with our order and will definitely shop there again in the future .would recommend this store in rugby .

Agreed to honour a previous sale price for a few extra days until we could get exact measurements for a holiday home and did exactly that a few days later once we had our measurements, despite the price reverting to its original amount. We asked ahead of the price change and were impressed with the accommodating response. Carpet now on order. Good service!

When I went to pay for my new carpet yesterday, Darren at the Rugby store, who does not normally work there, was great and explained all the items on my bill and ensured that the discounts had been applied properly. Thank you for making carpet buying an enjoyable experience.
