I recently visited Carpet Right for my first home, and Richard, was fantastic. He gave me great advice on choosing the right carpet, from colors to durability. Richard was patient and really knew his stuff, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Carpet right. 😀

Disgusting! Never ever use them. They took my order & full payment, said it’s in stock & to wait for fitter to call. 2 weeks later get a call to say out of stock , waited 2 months then expected on the Wednesday, they call on the Monday to say out of stock again! Called head office to complain & was told they work on a 1st come 1st serve basis so it was in stock when I ordered it but Whilst waiting for fitter someone else ordered it so basically they took my money on false pretenses. They say sorry!!! No good to me
Their customer service is disgraceful, the Sittingbourne branch manager is as good as a chocolate teapot. The only person who called back when they said they would was the assistant Deanne.

We recently purchased a living room.carpet from.this store, with only going knowing what colour we wanted we were helped by the store manager Philip who was very helpful and certainly knew his job, asking lots of questions about foot traffic through the area and animals etc.
He recommended the carpet we purchased and we have been 100% more than happy with it
His advice and knowledge was spot on a.s would definitely be using him.again

Recently been into carpetright sittingbourne branch. To be welcomed by a staff member, Richard. He proceeded to help me by finding me the perfect carpet from the description I gave him. His overall customer service was great and made the process easier.

We always use Carpetright for our flooring, even the underlay for my model railway came from you. We are always treated with great respect however small our purchases. We can also bring our dog into the store at Sittingbourne.

We had Claire come out to do a home measurement of the stairs and landing and then we went to the shop for a better look at carpets.
Claire was fantastic and made the whole process from measurement to placing the order so easy.
