Poor Service and Zero Communication!
I arranged a survey through the St Neots store. They turned up on the wrong day to do the survey, then never sent me the quote despite repeated phone calls. I emailed a complaint to their head office and never even received a response. Extremely poor service!!

Poor customer communication
I took my elderly parents to my local store in St Neots yesterday to look at ordering some carpet. Upon arrival at the store at 2.15pm we were met with a sign on the door saying “Closed for lunch be back in one hour. Apologies for the inconvenience “. Calling the store the message was “we are busy with other customers at the moment” ! Needless to say we did not wait around as who knows when the “lunch hour” started and was due to end. Consequently we took our business elsewhere as did the other couple who arrived at the store at the same time as us.

Over the course of two visits we received great advice and excellent customer service to help us make an informed choice. The extra 20% off over the bank holiday weekend was an added bonus, thank you! Looking forward to our new carpet arriving.
