Good range of carpets to choose from and some good deals. Pleasant staff.

brought flooring and had laid by carpetright not realising their fitters were contractors. Fitting was done and a mistake was noticed, refitted and a second mistake accured, then another so was gonna refit when a leak occured, the washing machine was removed and fitted by fitters, who took no responsibility for their error, each time a fault carpetright was helpful contacting the fitter but when a major incident happened carpetright took no responsibility leaving us with no floor and the cost of replacement even offered to help take fitter to court which we did without their help and won. carpetright at staples corner london took no responsibilty and did not care would never use or recommend them.

Firstly the Staff were excellent, Shazia the manager was great and professional and the Sales assistant Khyber was really pleasant. Both of them gave me 1st class customer service, and I left feeling very satisfied with the Carpet I bought.

Shazia served us to the best of her ability.

The staff were very helpful and warm, the manager Shazia was very professional and looked after us, and the sales assistant Khyber was really helpful and both of them worked together to help us make our floors look great! They also have a great selection to choose from.

After giving a good review initially, I have now been let down multiple times by multiple members of staff. Carpet was ordered to store and was kept there for a couple of weeks until I was ready, I then booked in a date for it to be delivered to which they then decided to check the carpet on the day of delivery to find out that it was in an an unusable condition. They had 2-3 weeks to see this but they chose not to. Now the carpet has a 3-4 week delay pushing back my completion date and incurring costs from other companies due to the delay. They still wont give me a definitive date. I then proceeded to log a complaint and a case handler would be in contact within 2 working days. Of course i did not receive a call, so I called back up with my confirmed complaint case number to be told that the complaint had not been logged correctly and that no one will be in contact with me until Tuesday. Awful company to work with and won’t be using them again. EDIT Of course it got today (Tuesday) and I did not receive a call. I’m not shocked in the slightest. Please ignore Carpetright’s copy and paste reply below. They are simply not interested.

Neil from the Staples’s corner branch went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding customer service. Right from the beginning of my journey with carpet right Neil was professional and gave me good honest advice, he kept me updated with any appointments or updates. Neil was also very accommodating and understanding when the builders I was using kept changing the fitting dates.

They should be called CarpetWrong not Carpetright.

We were looking for carpet for stairs. Their offer was lower then other offers we got and the samples at the store seems good so we went ahead.
The measurer came to our house, which was in the middle of renovation, he didn't call us (even though they said he would) and left before we came. We thought it was a minor misunderstanding so we continued.
After the renovation progressed we needed to make few adjustment to our order. We went to the store at Staples Corner Retail Park, they guy at the store was completely in disarray. He wasn't sure about anything, he didn't seem to have any results from the measurer even thought more than 4 days already passed. We ask for the changes and we noticed he doesn't seem to give clear answers.
We went for another carpet provider and asked for a quote. After 2 days the manager of Staples Corner store called my wife and explained there was some mixup and he's now taking charge of our order and will sort everything out. Because the price was so much lower we gave them another try. They sent a measurer again, we paid and they schedule the installation of the carpet.
2 weeks went by and a single day before the installation they called my wife and told her their computer system was down (for the whole 2 weeks???) and our order is not even in their system and they do not have the carpet.

Needless to say we cancelled the order, which was also a big mess. The agreed on to give the refund but said it will take few days. When I call in after 2 days they guy that answered has no idea what to do and told me he's new.

We had to move in the house without carpet on the stairs just because of their complete inability to do what they promise to do.

I am very happy with the price, quality and service we got from Carpetright Staples Corner.
Neil was very helpful and patient and the team that removed the old carpet and installed the new one couldn't be any better. They were punctual, professional, organised and left the property spotless.

Excellent service. Warm friendly atmosphere

Had an issue with fitting that was done really poorly. Since then every week there is a new excuse to fix it: fitter on holiday, IT system down, etc. Now I complained and I get told by Shazia this is nothing to do with them as it’s the bad job of fitter and Carpetright is not liable. Whatever the reason, it’s poor customer service to not solve a customer issue after 2 months.

The specialist Iain, was very helpful, informative and assisted us in finding the right carpet we need. Thank you for all your help and support. It was a pleasure to deal with you. The large order was very important for us.

Staples Corner Retail Park, Carpetright NW2 6LW. Went in to buy a carpet. We were welcomed by sales person -Shazia. She was professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Despite being under staffed, she answered all our queries patiently. Bought the carpet, and left the store feeling very good about the customer service given by Shazia. Our thanks to her.
