All very easy
It was all very easy. We found a carpet, the next week they came and measured the areas. The quote was emailed through. Any queries were resolved quickly and it’s booked for fitting within 2 weeks. The lady in the store was really knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Hopefully the fitters will be too. Will have to wait and see.

Nina at Stevenage! :)
Nina at the Stevenage store was absolutely amazing! I took my elderly mum in to buy carpet and she took us through everything, from the type, budget and colour we wanted to the types of underlay. The lovely John came and measured the house, then Nina completed the order for us. Excellent service, both really knew their jobs and very knowledgeable about their products (Nina especially went out of her way to find us what we were looking for), and both were friendly, helpful people.

Recently had a quote from Daniel at this store he was so helpful and patient with me looking at different carpet samples, he even spent time letting me stand on the carpet with the underlay so I would know what it would feel like underfoot
