Staff in the store and measuring up for carpets in my home were very friendly and professional especially during these difficult times. The process was a little difficult due to them being in administration and it took a while to find carpets that were in stock due to them not being able to order anything from suppliers but this was not the staffs fault and they checked every carpet we liked until we found the ones we liked that were actually in stock.

We went to the Taunton branch this week. It was clean and well displayed. The manager ( or CSA) Steph was most helpful. I don't usually write reviews but Steph was so friendly and pleasant that I felt she deserved a mention. Steph helped us look at a number of samples and we went away very happy. We will definitely return

I had a really good experience with Carpetright.
I asked for a home measure for some new vinyl flooring and Lee came and assessed the room and gave me a quote which I took up.
He was very thorough and knowledgeable.
Everything was explained well.

Had the laminate we wanted - any where cheaper we tried didn't have the quality, colour etc. They have a good choice. Not the cheapest but good v.f.m.

Salesman (Neil) was great, friendly, welcoming and spent plenty of time helping with all our queries and gave us some excellent advice. Unfortunately the carpet we chose had been discontinued, but again with Neils help and that of his manager we found a good alternative at a bargain price

I am delighted with the new vinyl flooring which has a good thick backing and is soft to walk on when exiting the shower.
My only complaint is the poor advice given by your Surveyor to uplift and remove all the old existing laminate before laying the new vinyl flooring. The Fitters said this was an impossibility as the laminate went underneath the shower cabinet and all other cupboards and these would have to be removed first. We eventually agreed to leave the old laminate in place and lay the new vinyl flooring directly on top. This has been well sealed all round the outside edges and provided no water gets underneath will be perfectly OK I am assured by the Fitters. Not quite what I was given to understand by your Company in the first place on the 30th April. My faith is with the very good Fitters rather than your Surveyor and the finished appearance is excellent.
