Company the lady I spoke to from tapi she knows who she is was absolutely useless Carpetright is now under tapi be aware not to buy from carpetright they have gone bust for a reason carpetright teddington is full of cheating staff and corrupt managers you do not want to go and loose your money there they are now under tapi but don’t be fooled they are as bad as each other I have been scammed in purchasing carpets can you believe that these people scam you infront of your face then request money after saying we did not charge you for something please do not Use these people save your money and spend it somewhere else where you will have satisfaction from spending your money tapi and carpet right are a scam cheating curupt company and also target old vulnerable people with their lies only to charge them extra money afterwards

In order for me to go back I would have to see the termination of all staff involved and a full refund as this was a harrowing experience

Polite, hardworking, helpful fitters who phoned ahead, turned up on time and cleared up well. Very happy with the final result. In store service also very good and helpful - although the first carpet we chose was out of stock - so we had to choose a similar one.

Went to get carpet for bedroom . Visited Teddington store where Shani helped me with my order . I got great customer service from Shani without any pressure.
Order all paid and booked for with 15 mins so speedy service. Hoping all goes well on the fitting day which is scheduled in 12 days.

I feel extremely let down by my experience in this store. I selected a carpet, had the room measured, only to find it was out of stock. I then chose a different carpet, and the fitting was cancelled on two separate occasions as the new carpet i selected was then out of stock. It's so disappointing. I was offered a refund....I might as well have gone to a different carpet store down the road from the offset if I'd known that I would have wasted 5 weeks going back and forth with this company.

I required laminate flooring for a double bedroom and carpet replacement for my stairs and landings. I chose Carpetright in Teddington because I had seen good reviews for it. I wasn't disappointed. Veda was an excellent sales advisor who was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. She booked in a Home Consultation first so that everything was measured up properly. Following that, I revisited the shop to choose the type of flooring and select the carpet I wanted. Again Veda talked me through the options, explained the fitting process and gave me a print out of the costs. The laminate flooring was done first. The Fitters replaced broken chipboard flooring before laying the laminate. The fitter checked that I was happy with the repairs before laying the laminate flooring and completed the job to a high standard. The stair and landing underlay and carpet was also fitted by expert fitters who did a superb job. There was a delay with the carpet delivery which pushed the fitting date back, but this was beyond Carpetright's control and was down to the manufacturers failing to meet the agreed date. During that time, Veda and advisors at Carpetright kept in contact with updates and did all they could to right the situation. They fitted the carpets within the deadline and they look amazing. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the sales support, advice and customer service at Carpetright. Veda, in particular, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. I'd certainly recommend Carpetright in Teddington.

Today I’ve chosen & ordered my bedroom & stairs carpet from Teddington Branch… Milan the sales advisor made the purchase & transaction very easy for us…
Firstly he welcomed us to the store & immediately explained & talked us through our choice… He is an excellent advisor & we are so happy with our choice & the service we received from this gentleman… Sorted dates of our choice for fitting etc so in all a great experience… thoroughly recommend Carpetright & wonderful efficient service.. Thank you…

I give 5 stars with regard to the ordering process, despite there being a little confusion during the order being placed. However, despite this, 5 stars are deserved because of the patience and politeness of the staff in the Teddington store. I imagine the real test will be once the floor covering is fitted, which will not be done for several weeks. So far, I am pleased with the service I have received. Thank you.

In case of ‘miscommunications’ - misunderstandings they will do their very best to assist and help. Which is most appreciated.

Overall service was satisfactory and would purchase again but miscommunication over our wooden flooring and door being cut. The manager in store was apologetic and gave us a small discount not covering our decoration costs but it was something.
