Great experience overall. Darren in the store was really friendly and helpful, helping us to understand what carpet would be best for us. Sara who came to measure was really friendly too, was able to answer our questions. Clearly both staff members very knowledgeable and very keen to provide the best possible service.

Highly recommend Carpetright and Scott!
Looking for carpet for two rooms, both with very different purposes and Scott couldn’t have been more helpful.
Not remotely pressured, gave solid and sound advice after discussing what I needed and carpets were fitted perfectly on Monday.
