All staff very kind and helpful. Knowledgeable too.Not over pushy or 'in your face' but discretely available when needed.

Very Easy Process
We were able to find the carpet we needed very quickly.
The information from the staff was very quick and the order was put in the system within a few minutes.
Staff came out to measure the same week and we the price was reduced due to the amount of carpet needed.
We haven't had the carpet fitted yet but the sales process has been great so far.

My family bought a carpet out of the carpet right in uddingston and got it fitted by 2 men.

But by anychance does anyone knows if the younger boy that is a carpet fitter with brown hair kinda in a mullet with freckles is single? Asking for a friend [ that friend is me because he is actually gorgeous] It would be appreciated :) please and thank you x ,p.s they fitted it around the middle / end - ish of June if that helps my case.

John was professional and friendly, making us feel comfortable and both advice and ordering was appreciated.

Have bought most of my carpets from Carpetright over the last 30 years. Have always found the sales people very helpful and knowledgeable, particularly John who is willing to spend time explaining the benefits of different types of carpets. Would recommend this store with confidence.

The sales staff, from start to finish, were helpful, friendly and professional.

I visited the Uddingston store this morning with my wife. We were on the look out for a roll end, as we were working to a budget. However, Wayne who looked after us, managed to find us a great deal that allowed us to pick an exact colour of carpet that we were looking for.

Thanks Wayne, we’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I appreciate your company has issues with their order system but I had to chase a store 3 times (Tannochside) then decided to try another store (East Kilbride). I was fed up waiting on a reply Clearly that branch did not want my money. At no point did they contact me to explain there were ICT issues.
This is not the first time this branch has lost my business.

Great service. Quality products. John was more than helpful. Can’t fault. Would recommend to anyone looking for carpet/flooring.
