Not surprised they have gone bust. Total crooks! Happy to take the payment. Mess you around with the dates to be fitted, and then make some lie about needing new plywood to try get extra money out of people! Ignore calls, and emails. Horrible place.

Appointment made online, kept up to date on appointment time, salesman telephoned prior to arrival. Professional and polite, listened to what we wanted. No issues.

Feel really let down by carpet right. I’ve always bought my carpets from here and never had an issue. Went to order carpets for lounge and stairs taking in detailed measurements. They agreed the price and we paid a deposit. They have then said that they worked it out wrong and we now need to pay significantly more for the carpet. They have failed to ring me when promised and tried to hide a further increase in the fitting cost. Appalling service, and it feels like I’ve been sold to by a snake

The lady who helped us with our flooring was so helpful. And pleasant (sorry I forgot your name ) even when we found out you didn’t accept cash and the card machine went down. (Saturday) went back this morning and the lady sorted it all out thank you

Very helpful in store as I needed to match some vinyl I had purchased 3 years previous, the sales assistant found my previous order.
The fitters were very polite and friendly and the new vinyl looks lovely.

Knew what I wanted so no dithering about quality or colour.
Negotiated discount, (a £50+ sq metre product) some of the add ons like delivery and other charges are making them a bit like Ryanair but overall a good experience.

Ben was very knowledgeable on beds and very professional whilst dealing with our questions

Had a carpet fitted for my dressing room. Quality of the carpet is excellent. The at home carpet choosing service was excellent. The sales man took his time. He achieved an excellent match to fit up to my bedroom carpet thro to new dressing room. They had an extensive range of door threshold bars. I did n’t even know there was that much choice. He was so knowledgeable about every product. The fitters were friendly and helpful to me. Thanks carpet right
