We had excellent service from Samuel at the Walworth rd branch,he went above and beyond to help us with our purchase,where other staff members didn't,not even on the telephone. A great staff member

Everyone has been very helpful both in the shop and when Badr came yesterday to measure up the carpet. I won't give 5 stars until the carpet is actually laid!

Phillip in the Walworth road store was amazing with this CS! He was thorough and easy to liaise with! Barry was a great fitter, clear also and friendly. He advised us on the current sale/ deal and therefore after the services provided we purchased a carpet! 5*

Philip delivered an amazing customer service representative. However it’s upsetting that it takes so long for the carpets to be installed.

The guy who attended us was very helpful and we got exactly what we wanted! He was very polite…. I would give a worse rating as we waited 2 hours for the store to open but the service of the guy was very good… I had to ring up a couple of times to see if someone was actually coming but it’s understandable that someone was sick and they are short of staff! The guy who came and opened and covered was very nice!

It was the guy who sorted it all out he didn't try to hard sell he was excellent
