Andy at the Wellingborough store was incredibly helpful when looking for a carpet for the hall and stairs.
He offered me lots of options and was understanding that I didn't need the carpet fitted straight away.
The whole process was easy and I would definitely go back to that store

Managed to find some fine lad who knew his way around the place. No nonsense and straight to the point. All my questions were answered and I ended up learning some ways I could enhance my current home improvement plans.

The friendly customer service I received from the young man was exemplary, the process was quick and I was given great affordable recommendations that suited my tastes. Ta Carpetright!

I've dealt with 2 people in Wellingborough for 2 separate needs in my house. Mark and Andy. My 1st need was stair carpet, a simple job really, but the level of service from both these chaps was unreal. Showing various options, touring me around the store and being 100% dedicated to my need rather than their sales targets. In fact it would be unjust to call them sales people as that's not what they do. They offer the best service and variety that fits your budget and work with you from beginning to end.

The stair carpet was such a success I waited for the next sale to get the living room done.

When I came for a quote I was treated like the most regular customer they ever had! Remembering who I was and what I had done and also checking on my overall satisfaction of that job.

Well done guys who both deserve a shout out!

Went in on Tuesday, Geena was very helpful and knowledgeable. Placed the order Wednesday, fitting booked for following Wednesday. Simple, easy process. Would recommend.

Spoke to a young lad called Pacey. His customer service was excellent. Answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. Will definitely be coming to this store again.

Went into carpet right at 10am on Thursday morning and by 12-45 the same day the carpet was delivered and fitted brilliant

The manager greeted us as we entered the store.
We were unsure what we needed but he soon gave us options and advice. He showed us the answer to our query and gave us costs and fitting charges.
This was followed after a day or so by a phone call to us advising the date of fitting. All went well on day of fitting and we are very pleased indeed.

I have attended other Carpetright stores in the
Northampton and Milton Keynes region and interacted with staff members within. However, Andy's (Wellingborough Store Manager) customer care/focus/interpersonal skills are by far the most professional and impactive of my experiences to date. We entered his store several weeks ago, where after being walked through a range of quality carpet off-cuts and samples on the roll, Andy gave us a number of carpet samples to takeaway and compare. Within the week we returned and purchased our desired choice carpet which was set at a very competitive price.
It is readily apparent why Andy has attributed so much success in all the alike stores that he has managed over the years.
I look forward to further carpet purchases at Andy's store in the near future.

I was pleased that the carpetright team answered all the queries. They did organise for the measuring of the carpets to avoid wastage. They understood our predicament, in which we want the carpet fitted in October as we had previously organised to have the house painted by then. They were prompt with the quotation and hopefully will be happy with the outcome once the carpet is fitted.

The gentleman was very helpful and he gave me a fitting date for within a day of me ordering which was very good

Customer service was exceptional, so understanding and helpful. I was anewbie at buying carpets for my new home and they went above and beyond. Without doubt 100% recommend and to be honest would never buy carpets from anywhere else.
