Your salesman was very helpful and friendly. The original carpet I chose was discontinued and the second choice more expensive but he gave me a discount which was very generous. All very efficient.

Catalogue of complaints.

The salesman, Priyanshu, was very helpful and friendly. After I decided which carpet I wanted, he efficiently dealt with the transaction andcI left the store a happy bunny. I have been a customer at this store several times and the service is always first class.

I would like to express my many thanks to Nassir Ahmad for his expertise and the manner in which he conducted his self whilst explaining what and how he would carry out the work. more over i would recommend him to any person needing carpets fitted.

Helpful staff explained discount days change so I gave a deposit.

Avoid at all costs, broke my John Lewis bed, didn’t bother informing me, fitter paid some of it under instruction from the branch, they both then strung me along for a year and said tough luck in the end.

Carpetright are misleading - they will book your fitter and only tell you after the fact (when there is an issue) that the fitter is either a 3rd party installer or subcontractor. All the while making out they work for them to get the sale.

You have no protection if you go with this unethical company.

Avoid.

Update: despite emailing head office customer services a number of times as requested here, I’ve had not one response. Validating my assertion about being unethical.

I have always used Carpetright for carpets so this is the first time I’m going to have wood flooring. The salesman was very helpful and helped me to choose the right type for my bedroom.

We purchased a king size Bella Mattress three days ago. Jan Asghar was serving us. We wanted a hybrid and an orthopaedic mattress with pocket springs and firm foam. Jan showed us and explained pros and cons of every mattress. He went out of the way to help us. What a Gentleman he is. He was very understanding, sympathetic, helpful and very knowledgeable. On his recommendation we bough king size Bella Firmer mattress. Infact we bought the mattress because her him and his overall help and explanation. Jan is indeed a GEM in your company. May God bless him with All the Success and Happiness in his Career. Please pass on my regards to him.

Got the measurements wrong and told us the fitting was included in the main price, not extra after fitting. Not impressed
