THIS REVIEW WAS MEANT TO BE FOR THE WEYMOUTH CARPETRIGHT.

Shocking customer service - after 10 minutes of waiting as I watched the staff member doing nothing, I asked if there was any wood flooring suitable for bedrooms as those displayed only suggested living rooms.

The sarcastic answer was "well a bedroom is the same as a living room without a bed".
I explained I knew the difference and also that was not my question, and declined the offer to hear more - the staff member was rude, no smile, no greeting, no attempt to get up and explain products, no effort to do anything.

We took our 85 square meter order, over £4k, elsewhere where staff greeted us with a smile, showed and explained suitable options.

The friendliness and expertise knowledge of the lady that served us, Jane was first class.

John who measured up accepted I didn't want any new door bars or underlay and was professional and polite. Then back in store Tracy was helpful cheerful and professional. The most positive shopping experience in a long time Thank you both.

Visited Carpetright Weymouth. The service was excellent from both Tracey, the manageress and Stephen.
As the order was urgent, they managed to speed up delivery and was ready for collection on the date stated. The order was expediated promptly and I received a call as promised within the timescales that the carpet had been delivered to the store.
Well done. Whilst this is what is expected, seldom are the promises delivered.

Customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. We ordered and paid for our carpet not knowing when we will be ready to get it fitted and it wasn't a problem.

Unfortunately we got let down at the last minute when measure up, but had a call straight back to rearrange. We placed the order and are looking forward to having the carpet fitted.
