Helpful, pleasant and informative but most of all not pushy. We were not chased around the shop as I have been in other shops. That kind of behaviour makes me determined NOT to buy! So well done for allowing us time and space to choose what we wanted.

Visited the Worksop store and was helped by Justin to choose the carpets we were interested in. Very helpful not pressured into buying and arranged for Paul to visit the next day to measure rooms for quote.
Paul was wonderful did a great job explaining everything to us. Took his time to get measurements etc and gave us a quote which was explained in detail. Service has been excellent so far just awaiting delivery &fitting

5 star service!
I went into carpet right at Worksop, great choice and the sales assistant directed me to the kind of vinyl flooring I wanted.
I was desperate for it to be fitted asap as I had just moved and had no flooring down.
As it was roll stock they managed to get fitting arranged for a few days later.
Fitting day went perfectly, the fitter rang me in the morning with a time slot and surprisingly he was bang on time! A lovely father and son team, friendly, the fitting was perfect and they even cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. I would not hesitate to recommend.
