Professional very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.
From help and advice with choosing from paul to the fitting.
The quality of the carpets, and availability of colours are amazing and so plush.
The flooring recommended with border for the hall and kitchen with attention to detail was exceptional. We are so delighted with the design the colours recommended and the end result we can not fault. Just perfect and would recommend to family and friends.
A truly caring helpful knowledgeable and professional company and we cannit thank paul and his team enough for making our house a home.

Just had cushion flooring layed today & very happy with the results, it looks stunning, the fitters were 1st class, cheerful, polite & chatty ( I think that was more me than them! ) & very professional, cleaned up behind themselves & removed all rubbish, would definitely use them again.

Customer service is worse and bad quality carpets they supply it didn’t even last 4 months I have to change it again so not wasting your money there 👎🏻

Do not use Carpets Direct if you are going to get LVT Flooring. I used them, big mistake. The fitters left a dreadful mess that l had to clean up. After they left l found in many places that they had not attached the beading in the bedroom to the skirting boards. Corners of the beading not finished properly. The doors to the bedroom and living room could not be shut. I have spent a month trying to contact the fitters both by email and telephone all to no avail. I contacted Carpets Direct and they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault for not doing a minute inspection. They took no responsibility at all for all the bad workmanship and no cleanup. I am an OAP and over the years l have come to expect that when l spend a lot of money firms should provide a really good service and aftercare. This firm did not . I had to spend more money to get all the faults rectified. Be Warned.

Thrilled with my carpets.
Paul pulled out all the stops so that we could have the style and comfort we wanted at an affordable price.
He has an excellent team of carpet fitter contractors who I cannot fault.

The only thing I wish to highlight is: that when we were quoted the entire cost, including fitting costs, ( paid separately to the carpet fitters in cash) , I was sure the price I was quoted included the price of the fitting.

I think that maybe it should be made clearer on the invoice that the total price doesn't include the fitters price.
Apart from that one hiccup I want to thank Paul and his team for everything.

Absolutely fantastic, Daz and Rob came to fit my carpets today ( 2 bedrooms, hallway with stairs and the livingroom) and not only were they polite, friendly and helpful, but everything was done with care and to perfection.
We've recently glossed the skirting boards on the stairs and not a single bit was knocked or chipped.
We even had some furniture in the way, because I couldn't have it anywhere else, and they said that it was no problem and that they'd move the bits as and when needed to fit the carpet.
Great lads, thoughtful, kind, caring couldn't of ask for nicer people and a better job done.

Cambridge Store was very helpful, despite the rules they cancelled the order which I did not wish to precede with.

Delivery drivers turned up with attitude at the gate, was then hesitant to even unload it at our door. That was just the beginning. As they brought our brand new carpet around they chucked it onto a concrete wall which prior to that it was raining, keep in mind this is brand new paid for carpet. Dumped inside and refused to even help us get it into a room. After all of this attitude and treating the carpet like 2nd hand, we refused to pay the delivery fee to which we was greeted with verbal abuse such as "Fkng bich*" and then abruptly left in the van. This was more than below the belt customer service and I won't be using this company again

Carpets Direct based in South Woodham Ferrers were excellent both on price and service. Had laminate fitted did an excellent job. Fitter very polite and tidy.

I would recommend this company Carpet Direct they have done a 1st Class job plus we also had wooden flooring done a few week before in ours bedrooms with the same company and the job they done was fantastic

Travelled up from Norfolk to choose new carpets having used Carpets Direct when we carpeted our last house. Well worth the 200 mile trip. Came away with carpets and best underlay for half the price and better quality offered elsewhere. Even provided welcome hot drinks and buns and friendly Yorkshire banter!

The carpets I bought and had fitted throughout my house. Attention to detail was impeccable and has to be the best fitted. The two gentlemen Anth and Nathaniel worked above and beyond, just fitting carpets. They were welcoming and took away any worries throughout being at my house. They made it an enjoyable time. My carpets looks amazing. Very friendly company to use, and affordable to my needs.
Thank you to all Carpets Direct In Paulton Team who worked amazingly and very efficiently. Can’t be more happy than I am.

Reasonable price. The carpet fitters were helpful.

We drove over to their shop in Shanklin today especially to buy a carpet - we knew what we wanted - there was only one assistant serving and she was too busy chatting to friends to even look at us, let alone serve us. After about 15 wasted minutes of waiting for her to notice us, we just left. Bought our carpet in Newport instead from a firm who were interested in speaking to us.
