They are scammers don’t hire them

Amazing carpet company did my whole house in Yateley for a great price.

Great team, efficient, professional and personable.

11/10 excellent and highly recommended.

They state they provide matching Scotia beading-I ordered a light Maple floor and they sent me dark oak beading.

I felt totally intimidated going into this shop in Fernhill Road Farnborough. I was shaking as a single woman on my own who just wanted to check the colour of a few samples in real life, because of the way I was treated. Because I politely requested if I could look at a sample for a house I was fitting out many miles away the gentleman immediately dismissed me as ‘not buying’ and because I explained that I’d been sent to check colours at a Cormar Carpet stockist by my local fitter in Cornwall. He said ‘so you want to come into my store to look at our samples do you’ in a highly aggressive tone and waved me dismissively to the area and turned his back on me. The reception staff also gave me a filthy look. I asked politely if they delivered to cornwall and if I could order through them if it was a problem to look and he said ‘no we don’t deliver there’ curtly. I asked if he could advise me on the rough price brackets I of the brands I was looking at and he said ‘well I don’t know what your fitter will charge!’ I was so shaken by this treatment when the website said ‘come in and take a look!’. Don’t give them your money. I’m local and have my own and another local properly and there is no way I would ever use them. Awful.

terrible installation of the carpet... all outsourced to aggrieved 3rd parties who winged about their treatment. carpet was so badly installed it was a joke, the company who came to fix it could hardly do any better. as a result the money was wasted and I'll need to get another firm.

I would give zero stars if I could. Paid over £5000 for supply and fit to 5 rooms, that’s right £1000 per room. After 6 months the carpet started to look tatty, it now looks horrendous.

After a forceful moan following an initial sloping of shoulders they sent out an expert who said that there was nothing wrong with the manufacture. BUT the carpets which we had chosen were prone to pile collapse... this is seen as cosmetic as opposed to structural. It’s very common yet we weren’t warned. Had we of been we would never have selected this type of carpet.

24 months on we are now faced with replacing all carpets again. The use , foot traffic which they have experienced is minimal as mostly bedroom carpets. The busy rooms are all tiled.

No one will take responsibility. We have ended up paying £2500 a year for the privilege! Appalling.
