Wrong size sent, refuse to refund.
You sent me the wrong size carpet and you refuse to refund me, even partially, due to a technicality (I have cut a piece out), as if anyone can measure the length of the piece in a domestic setting...how can anyone unroll a 5m length in a 3m room???

Hi, Unfortunately you had already cut/customised the carpet roll end down to the sizes you required (1.5m x 5m roll end). Hence the roll end could not be returned to verify that the roll end was not the size we measured and sent. Nor was sufficient information provided to indicate that the size was incorrect (other than a picture of the carpet cut down to smaller pieces). If the roll was indeed wrong we would have more than happy accepted the return of the roll at no cost to you and supplied with an alternative; according to your requirements (roll returned in same manner received and not cut down). I hope this clarifies any misunderstanding in regards to returns or faulty goods. This information can also be seen on our website T&C. Thanks

Price was good and the product (Vinyl Floor covering) was as described. However the product was delivered damaged, and folded almost in two. Luckily prior to fitting it was established that the damaged areas would be in the off cuts.

The delivery driver refused to park outside and had a terrible I dont care attitude.
The delivery driver refused to park outside property.
After asking him twice he said nothing and starting throwing laminate onto the road. Parking for large vehicle fine outside my house and had multiple deliveries for refurb in larger vehicles.
I will be aware if any laminate damaged when I fit next week.
He took picture before he left of laminate on pavement outside my house which I had carried over the road myself.
I took photo of the laminate he dumped in middle of road. Not much more I can say.
