Avoid!! Terrible company, fitted a friends flooring, badly! 4 inches short, complaints procedure doesn’t work, rude carpet fitter who thinks it’s ok to swear at customers. Totally unprofessional and now reporting to financial conduct authority. Avoid avoid avoid.

From start to finish was 5 stars,
Sales rep was polite and courteous and explained everything in detail,
Fitter was polite and courteous and did a superb job on my livingroom & stairs & landing,
After speaking to the office with regards to changing my payment date I was met with a wonderful lady who couldn’t do enough to help me,

Quick fast and efficient from coming to measure to having my carpet an lino fitted.

Excellent Company, had my whole house done with these, everyone really helpful from start to finish, and the fitters on the day went all out to make sure everything was perfect, would highly recommend to anyone 😁

My friend Theresa Ashworth used this company not only did they fit the flooring appalling but it was also dangerous her daughter has cut her feet twice because they left metal sticking up from door grippers. The stairs carpet is a joke all the divers are missing and big chunks but it’s also not fit well and has nearly resulted in a toddler falling down the stairs as it was all loose! Then the kitchen Lino was left with massive gaps to the skirting boards wasn’t put under kick boards or secured to the floor so everytime it was hoovered it came up! The bathroom Lino wasn’t stuck down either also massive gaps from the skirting boards, also a huge gap of Lino missing behind the sink! They then said they would send someone out to inspect it and find a fix, other independant fitters have offered to correct it and replace it for free it’s that bad. Theresa then stopped bank payments until the matter was resolved the boss then phoned her and ive never heard anyone be so awful, he’s was downright the awful and bragging at the fact he will take her to court and win as he has before etc even though he was in the wrong! Downright rude and disrespectful I heard every word He Said. Flash forward to today after they stated if she had removed her reviews the would replace every flooring and send there best fitter, he walked straight in refused to change the ”f”ing flooring” and was just going to seal it when that wasn’t agreed, then only changed on peice on the stairs. Said no fitter would do behind the sink but yes they would as every other fitter contacted confirmed it. Then got really nasty and intimidating to then point he refused to leave her house! The boss told him to rip the f’ing flooring up baring in mind she has payed majority of the carpet off in one go so only had a Slight top up from these! It ended with her phoning the police to get him removed as he wouldn’t leave! Downright disgraceful to make a woman cry and feel threatend in her own home! This matter will be shared publicly on every last site on social media and every god damn review page!

I have paid upfront for the majority of the flooring that is down ...... they are unfixable after an awful call from the boss & a few fb reviews a report from the original fitters later they agreed it needed replacing. Today a new ‘fitter’ came out to do this , but then refused and said it could be fixed (it can’t ive had independent opinions) not without a big thick line of silicone
I refused to give my bank details to pay any more after paying a lot with them and still having unusable flooring , he refused to leave my home to the point me and my neighbour phoned the police. He threatened to rip all the flooring even the ones I’d paid in full , this was until the police operator was on the phone & he said he’s never refused to leave my home (seriously scary how they can behave this way)
They have since turned fb reviews off & visitors posts .....
but please before you even enquire to have flooring from here get in touch I can send you all the evidence over as there’s so much more to this.
It’s a good gimmick & I can see why people use a convenient pay weekly service , but it really isn’t worth the treatment and bully tactics these guys use to get their own way!
