What a wonderful experience, fantastic kind people to deal with.

Called on a Saturday and had advice from a lovely lady who was really helpful even though out of hours, order placed online, received a call on Monday to say order picked and packed and would be delivered Wednesday.

Delivery arrived today as promised, far quicker than other stores and I can honestly say service like this is rare.

Great people.to deal with, thanks for taking a stress out a busy week of shopfitting, you really are a wonderful business and a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered samples to make a final choice on tiles - delivery extremely prompt. Very good quality, so I ordered 3 boxes. Communication was excellent - it just so happened I ordered a popular colour and they sold out same day before my order could be fulfilled - a very nice guy from the company rang me to explain the issue and asked if I was willing to wait or would I like to order an alternative. I agreed to wait and tiles were delivered promptly as per the timeline I was told (just under a week later). Very happy with the product, delivery and the customer service.
