Very good costumer
service

Whist the young lad who served me was extremely helpful. I was not impressed with waiting for sometime. I was served quite quickly & the staff member requested a mobile phone member of staff but took 2 requests before anyone turned up. I was about to leave shop.

I've been trying to cancel a delivery for a week now and I have literally no email replies from them. It's a joke

The salesperson was very efficient, she explained everything clearly and was able to answer my questions so that I understood.
The service I got was exactly as she explained and the item was delivered on time exactly as was promised.

Yet again left without a functioning phone, on a business line, whilst you blame O2 and take no responsibility.

Yes, assistant was very helpful, very knowledgeable about the phones enquired about l, and I'm very happy it's my new Samsung phone.
I would like if iD mobile would give better deals to loyal customers, as they do for new customers.

The salesman Called Jacob at Cribbs Causeway Bristol was excellent nothing too little or great to explain to me which was very helpful to me .

Zane was very helpful knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used Carphone Warehouse @ Curry’s for quite a few years now and to be fair I’ve always had great service, however this latest experience has left me wondering whether I need a new place of contact as I feel let down. The customer service for my phone upgrade was atrocious starting from the phone calls telling me that my phone was due for an upgrade up to and during my upgrade in the store on Clough Rd.

The experience was good, but there was no deal for taking out contracts on 2 phones at the same time, and not offered help to set up the new phones other than some notes written down. Myself and my husband are pensioners and would have been a lot less stress for us to have at least been offered some in-house help to set them up and transfer data from our old phones.

Staff reasonably knowledgeable, very pleasant and patient.
Stock was non existent.
Charge for setting up and transferring data ridiculous.
