Had to wait nearly half an hour to be…
Had to wait nearly half an hour to be served. When I was served it was good service.
Ordered a new mobile to be delivered to the Plymouth store, was not advised when the phone was available to be collected.
Tried calling to find out if it was delivered, I just went round in circles on the phone with push this button then that button. Didn’t get to speak to anyone.
Ended up going to the store to find the mobile had been delivered nearly a week ago.
