Never buy on Carrefour shopping website. What happened to me is incredible.
I bought an iPhone from the website, later I saw that the supplier was an obscure company with 1-star reviews. Just complaints. When the package arrived, it seemed to be a joke. The package was very bent, I didn't even open the package and immediately requested its return through the customer service on the Carrefour website. I was told that I would be contacted within the next 48 hours. In a short time I received a message on WhatsApp from a contact called The Carrefour Returns Center. I was told that it was about returning an object. They gave me a code for me to be able to send the package by post, which I did.
After 13 days, I received an email from Carrefour in which I was given another return code. When I said that I had already sent it, it turned out that the people I had sent it to were not from Carrefour. How did they know my whatsapp number? They obviously received the information from those who work at the customer service. This is how they work at Carrefour Brasil!!!
