Very bad, doesn't even deserve one star, I made an order on 1st april, till now I still haven't recieved it, I call and even emailed them many times, but nothing.

NEVER order with carrefour, they will just steal your money!!! 2 weeks ago I ordered, and they charged me starting away, and still no order, no money. Tried to call them, they wrote down my number and now not answering!!! Government please take some actions!!!!! They are stealing people's money

They are super bad. There customer service is extremely lame. You call them they never pick up. You send them an email they never reply. I have never in my life seen such a huge company with extremely extremely extremely bad customer service. They are I guess bussy ripping people off.

Poor service. Always delayed in their online delivery. My order for electronics since last week is not delivered till now.

They do not answer emails and their phone lines are constantly busy. Every delivery has items missing and no way to get a hold of anybody yet they’ll gladly take all of your money. Stay away from carrefour UAE

Indeed a lowsy online app and i just lost my payment also. No one who answer the phone and always a voice mail. Even not responding to emails. Such an amateur shop and very disappointing..wish i can give zero star!!

I have been waiting for THREE weeks for an order which I paid for online to be delivered .. I’ve had two notifications that the delivery is on the way and both times the delivery has failed .. both times the delivery driver listed me as unavailable . I’m stuck at home how can I be anything but available . I understand that there might be a backlog due to the lockdown but surely the company should make a serious plan ? Why not bring in more staff ? Even temporary staff would help or maybe use a courier service to deliver ? This kind of service is really unacceptable and it’s impossible to track the order because the app is not working and nor is the help line .
Wake up Carrefour . There are many other options in the market place

my order was supposed to be deliver on April 2,2020. I tried to call and email them but no one answering !

Customer service is non existent. They let far too many people in the store. People bumping into me, when social distance is a must. I pointed this out to a member of staff and was shouted at, he got manager who treated me terrible. All I wanted to say was the safety of people is at the upmost importance Iif the had less people and a one way system operating, it would be safer for all.

Fraude act should be implemented to Carrefour and Majid Al Futtaim Group for not delivering and not refunding charged amounts many people are facing same problem even they are cheating by delivering cheap brands instead of selected and even less quantities.

Giving even 1 star they dont deserve we placed 2 orders 1 came with half items while charged full even receipt is for full order 2nd still not delivered and full amount charged, worst company with worst customer services i wish Dubai Government should take Action how they are looting people in this tough time , where are you sleeping Gulfnews n Khaleejtimes ?.

If I have the option not to give a star I would have taken it. Terrible customer service, email doesn’t send, phone calls aren’t answered and delivery timeline not shared. Enough said. Terrible terrible experience.

Pathetic service. Horrible customer care service. Their call centre never picks up the call. YOU can't reach them and if they pick up the phone they will just pass on the complaint to other person and the complaint will never be solved. It's been more than one month I ordered a bedsheet online but the size was not accurate so I mailed them the next day to send someone to take the bedsheet. No one replied to the email, after trying my luck on calling there customer care they promised that someone will come and pick up. It took one month someone came and picked up the bedsheet but till now no one contacted, no refund has been given. We are the one chasing, calling, emailing. Worst service and pathetic customer care service. Fed up by contacting them by all means but to no luck. Don't know what to do and where to file a complaint and how I can contact the higher authorities. Please help!

DO NOT USE CARREFOUR DRIVE!! I have no food and no money because of this company. I ordered for Carrefour Drive and after 3 days they canceled it. I’ve had no new collection time and no refund. I’ve had contact 4 times and a week later nothing has changed! They have totally screwed me and don’t give a damn!!!

Ordered Online Carrefour, with 433.52 AED, Goods was never delivered and they charged my credit card with full amount. they didn't reply to my emails, chats for my complaint. Had to write the depute form to my bank. I totally disappointed from such bad service. I don't recommend to use the Carrefour Commerce Website.

No use of ordering online, I had ordered for 4 items, and they delivered only one item. The items showed in stock online, So carrefour should improve on trying to be more close to accurate on the items displayed on online website.

Carrefour delivery in Abu Dhabi ( UAE ) Super bad ! I have not received my Delivery , supposed to receive by 19th March. (2days ago)I called them They said they will put a complaint and someone will get back , no one has got back to me messaged them nothing . Maybe they will take a week. But they don’t even inform that ! I only got vague message that order will be delayed,
Horrible Carrefour delivery, 1st and last time. Used to order from Lulu and just wanted to try Carrefour and I am frustrated now. Never again! people don’t order .

Even one star is too much for Carrefour online shopping and delivery!
Worst experience I’ve ever had from shopping.
They charged me for the whole order, but some items were missing.
Their customer services kept lying to me when I finally managed to reach them the phone.
Finally delivery guy came after midnight!!! I wake up for work at 05:00a.m.
Never ever use Carrefour shopping and delivery!
I’m not the only one who was treated so badly by them!
