I am beyond disappointed with Carrefour. My order was not delivered on the scheduled time, causing significant inconvenience. Despite contacting customer service and explicitly requesting a callback, no one reached out to me. Being told to wait up to 24 hours for a response is unacceptable, especially for urgent matters. This experience has severely impacted my trust in Carrefour's reliability and customer service. It's frustrating to deal with such poor communication and lack of responsiveness from a brand I once trusted. I expected much better service and reliability from Carrefour.

Quality bad + quantity
it feels like they gave precise orders to the People who choose fresh products such as fruits and vegetables, as they choose the worst quality + smallest pieces the ones that you will throw after 2 or 3 days + for vegetables, when it is 2,05 kg instead of 2 that you order they charge you the supplement, but for the meat and fish that I ordered I have 200 gr missing to my 1 kg but they still charged full price instead of calculating for real weight as they do when they need to charge, if an item is missing they will say that they will refund but after 1 month if you don't remind them they will never send back
Wrong item delivered and zero resolution
I used carrefour app for the first time in the hope that it will be a sage buy and if anything wrong - I will be taken care of.. however, .. they delivered a wrong item and its been 4 days finished now with no resolution.i have been calling them twice a day everyday and they assure that within 24 hours I will get the ordered item. However, only talks and no resolution. I guess there are teams who have no clue about what the others are doing or conveying to the customer.they asked to send picture of delivered item which I did immediately- then next day they asked for airway bill number and then on the 4th day they asked to send a video of the item.i do not understand the logic of asking the video when the photos arr already shared- what will change and how does it help. On 4th day I received a email saying that someone and will collect the item from you but the correct item delivery will be after 4 days when eid holidays finish as the seller is not working. I know that the seller is in bir dubai with a retail shop and is very much open.they are giving wrong statements. My first purchase from them and probably my last as it has been really pathetic experience.i have been very patient for last 4 days but its been a while now

On May 30th, we purchased a dishwasher online. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but when I called, they said it would arrive on Tuesday. We waited. On Tuesday, we called, and they assured us it would definitely arrive by 8 PM. We waited again. On Wednesday, we called at least 3-4 times a day because it was time to renew our rental contract and the landlord was waiting for the dishwasher's invoice. Despite mentioning this, they kept saying, "Yes, you're right, it's delayed, unacceptable, we are dealing with it immediately," but still, it did not arrive. Today, our rental contract is overdue. For four days, we have been waiting at home, missing work because they said it would be delivered. When I called again today, they mockingly said, "If I were you, I would be angry too. You're right, I will file a complaint and direct the team immediately," yet it still did not arrive by the end of the day. Do not shop online! Especially, do not bother calling to explain your situation; they will only mock you and never actually help!

Customer care attitude is in favor of suppliers not in favor of customer. Without unpacking the product how we can know about the product is good or bad. I feel the carrefour policies of refund or return is very bad. If the product is not up to my expectations and satisfaction how can use. Machine which I bought from you is very noisy but no one is ready to understand or support even videos has been shared with you and Siemens. My experience with carrefour is the last and I will not recommend carrefour to anyone in my social circle. Your return or refund policy is a harassment to a genuine customer and compelling not to buy any product from carrefour in future. I will never put my step in any carrefour store in my life. I know it may not affect you but it will my satisfaction. Very bad store for electronics with poor after sale service. Customer care is terrible. They just talk without any solution. Moreover no one will revert to you with any resolution. And they left me alone. Even no one responded from Siemens too. Carrefour policy is goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged no refund even goods is damaged or not working properly or not your according to your expectations.

I called on 26th May 2024, to inquire about the status of the appliances I purchased two weeks ago, which were scheduled for delivery yesterday. Unfortunately, my items have not yet been delivered.
During my call, I spoke with a representative named “Mohammad” from 6:08 to 6:15 pm, I asked for his last name but he really insisted not providing his surname even I asked a couple of times. Regrettably, I found his behavior to be aggressive and rude, which is highly unprofessional. As a representative of Carrefour, Mohammad should embody the company's commitment to customer service.
I believe it is crucial for Carrefour to employ individuals who demonstrate respect and courtesy towards customers. When I sought information about my delivery, Mohammad repeatedly responded, "I’m sorry, but I don’t have this information you need," in a dismissive manner. This lack of assistance and respect is unacceptable and does not align with the service standards I expect from Carrefour.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and address the behavior of this employee to ensure better customer service in the future. As customers, we reach out to your contact center for assistance and deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.

I bought beko fridge from Carfour within 1 year , I made 3 complaints about it but they are not calling back even to solve my problem , they just collected the amount then i am running behind them to get my right , really bad experience that’s why i will not buy even food from them anymore and my advice to all be carful to buy from them any electronic product because if will face issue in the product they will not help

Very bad customer service! I bought different packs of fresh fish and when it arrived, they weren’t cleaned and scaled! I phoned the customer service, they said for refund I need to go to the store. I asked so what’s the point of shopping online and pay for the delivery if I have to drive to the store anyway? He said that’s our rule. I was so disappointed ☹️

I ordered electronic online, I make sure before I purchase, I check the delivery date.
But then, they didn’t deliver on the said date. Even I tried to call the customer service, they will tell you it will deliver before 8pm. I keep waiting the entire day, but no one came.
I tried to call customer service again, before 10pm but they are so rude. They hung up the phone.
Imagine how you waste your time waiting for nothing. And you expect it to receive it on that day as you need to give it as a gift. VERY BAD SERVICE. Even I tried to call the delivery provider when you enter the tracking number it says invalid.

I have packaging issues. I was charged for packaging but prior to delivery not even single packaging. Worst is i have food/drinks ordered and the delivery will just put it on the floor. I felt disappointed as carrefour is a big company but the service is poor. This is not about the amount i even tip the guy. I mean carrefour should do something to improve your service. The best past was, after my purchase of the product, same product price increased by AED 800 by the seller and delivered to me wrong product.
Still don’t know what to do with my purchase amount and advise me to return the product without giving any solution or agreeing the product delivered to me is completely wrong after submitting all the necessary documents.
