Badly packed or stored before shipping..
Badly packed... 2 of the 10 bags, the jute was badly crumpled. Not good packaging for NEW quality items to have a safe arrival and 100% satifaction customer outcome or... May have been an intitial stock-storage issue. Woven jute, though strong, is a sensitive fabric under uneven weight.
The bent ones will be donated to a charity shop.

The telephone customer service I received from Fal was excellent.
She was knowledgeable about the product (acid free white tissue paper) and arranged to send me samples of the different qualities.
She answered my question re courier.
Parcel arrived next day and quality excellent.
Fal also followed up with a phone call to check I was satisfied with not only the item but also the packaging.
