Great experience! very fast delivery and kept me informed all the way, really can't ask for more.

It seems this company is a rare breed of a few that actually do what they say!

Very good service Not used yet but I am sure it will be good and just what I need

Terrible customer service, awful delivery times. Waited 3.5 weeks for my order just to be told 4 out of the 5 items were out of stock. Prior to this I had sent three emails and even opened a PayPal dispute all of which were ignored.

In both the PayPal dispute and 3rd email I tell them I no longer want the items as I’ve waited so long, yet that’s ignored and finally after 3.5 weeks they tell me 1 of the 5 items has been shipped, rest out of stock. Literally after 5 minutes of receiving that email I reply immediately saying I no longer want any of the items, my email again ignored and now later that day I receive fedex shippment notification for an item I no longer want or need. No doubt I’ll have to pay for the return.

I’ve had some bad experiences with company’s but never this bad that I have to write a review on trustpilot.

The items delivered were great and quality of goods was fantastic. A real joy to use, the new Cobra gun paired with the swivel connector, so this means no more issues with hose getting tangled up (real bonus), and Foamzooka v2 was a treat :) Keep up the great work Henri. Good prompt service

Totally inept delivery partner (FEDEX), who failed to deliver the parcel when advised, causing significant inconvenience and a delay in me receiving my parcel (at the time of writing, I still haven’t received it). Resolved via FEDEX (eventually…) and a new delivery date is now agreed, but what a faff and waste of my time. I’m sure the items will be good…when I eventually receive them…

Still waiting on my order being delivered after 2 weeks.
If I’d know it would take this long I would have went elsewhere.
Now doesn’t matter what the products are like as I’ve lost interest in your brand.

Part were out of stock for a while though as promised emailed me when items were available

My order was placed for an item shown as in stock, with immediate payment taken! However never received the item or follow up communications. After nearly a month of chasing, I finally receive a response, indicating they no longer stock the part and an acknowledgement of a refund. No apology, no offer to ship an alternative comparative product they do stock as a courtesy, and no sincere apology for the poor communications and severely lacking customer support and service!

I received my tool to allow my spray head to bend under body panels but it barely allows a 45 degree movement I expected obviously wrongly for at least 90 degrees. The fact that the tool took four days to arrive after the day I was advised it would do just added insult to injury. I honestly expected more from Carscope.

I would give zero rating only I can't I placed a on 16th September and still haven't received it sent emails but no replies

Excellent customer service very fast delivery

I used this citrus prewash at a 20:1 ratio as my car gets a regular weekly clean, I prefer using prewash over snow foam as I find it removes 90% of dirt & grit however at wintertime I will put a layer of snow foam over the top for some extra bite. This citrus prewash works really well even at a low ratio, I will buy 5 litres next time, as always carscope products work as they say can’t go wrong really. I’m very pleased with Zest would recommend this item to anyone looking for a good quality prewash, a great company with great service well done carscope.

This is my first time ever of writing a review of a product, but I feel I must this time,I placed an order for a spotless wash system with this company, based on their website, delivery quoted 3-5 days. then nothing total silence. they will not answer the phone have left messages, and no reply’s to Emails, they seem unwilling or unable to dispatch my order having taken my money. have requested a full refund but still nothing, no refund and no product, Draw your own conclusions.

Didn’t want to write a bad review but really haven’t been left with much choice. One of the items I’d ordered was incorrect so I emailed back straight away as instructed to do so on the website explaining that on my order one of the items sent was the wrong one and I even attached pictures to show this. It’s been almost two weeks now and all I’ve gotten is complete radio silence and no reply. Would love to get this sorted as have used the company before and I like their products and overall service, but I’m sorry replying to emails is basic stuff you should be able to get that right.

Good supplier with a very easy-to-use website, fast delivery, and good product.
