Quite simply, they were the cheapest place I could find what I was looking for. Free delivery and the items arrived the following day.

I had a rather complex install required for my Grand Cherokee SRT8 and I came to Car Sounds and Security after trying a professional company in Wallington that wanted to charge me £2,500! After taking all my details and accommodating a very quick turnaround, I was blown away by the friendly service and quality. I have an incredible fully integrated system to my exact requirements, all for £1,100. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I recently bought some Focal Access speakers from these guys after being let down twice by two different Ebay sellers. I called the shop and was greeted by a very helpful gentleman who understood my situation and even double checked that they had the product in stock by looking in the back.

I bought the Item online straight away and it was dispatched the same day, they even threw in 24 hour delivery!

I ordered an item on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday with excellent communication from the company. They were also the cheapest retailer on the internet who were offering this product, so all in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!

I have always tried to support local in car entertainment businesses as it is not always about price, the knowledge and support pre and post sale is also important to ensure you get the most from your setup. With most of my local shops now closed down I set about finding a new source to buy from. Although not that local to me, I found it very easy to do business with them. Communications were great, competitively priced and fast delivery. I cannot comment on post sales support but assuming this is in line with the rest of the experience I had, then I am confident I would get the support I need. Would happily recommend them.

Very helpful people who rang back with information as promised. Goods dispatched and received in the time stated. Old fashioned service which is very rare these days. A pleasure to do business with.

Ordered from Car Sounds & Security last thing on a Wednesday because they had exactly the unit I wanted and unlike anyone else, could deliver by my deadline of Friday morning. The courier service was one of the best I've experienced: their email said: "we'll deliver by 0900 Friday" and that is EXACTLY what happened. Pricewise, with courier delivery factored in, they were still right on target. Recommended.

They fitted my own radio really quickly and securely while I did a bit of shopping then when I got back the gave me great info about what I can do next to improve the sound so late on in the week I took their advice and bought a slimline subwoofer which with their know how I managed to fit myself with ease.. I don't usually like to muck about with wires but with their backup I had the confidence to do it myself and the price of it was the cheapest I found too... I will be back...!!

Ordered the kit for my wifes car, best value price I could find, arrived the next day, well packed and in excellent condition. I was informed of dispatch, and expected delivery dates, and these were accurate.

My order was dealt with by an extremely helpful chap called Aaron. I emailed at lunchtime to check whether an item was in stock before I placed my order and had a response within the hour to inform me the item was available. I placed my order and emailed Aaron back to let him know the payment had cleared. He responded within half hour to let me know my item was on it's way and it arrived the following morning!
