There is a lot of information available in one quick stop. Being able to shop by multiple body styles, price points, and many other factors really cuts down the leg work. I also am really thankful for the KBB access. I love that you can communicate with the sellers, as well. This HAS made it much easier on my husband and I to find the right vehicle for our family.

Easy to use and has a vast inventory to look through.

The webpage is slow to load and difficult to navigate on mobile devices. Ads "jump" the page while loading, so if you try to scroll, it will change what you're looking at and you may accidentally click on something you didn't see. The filter function requires you to apply each aspect individually so you have to wait for new results to fully load before you can apply another filter. For instance: If I wanted a 2009 Honda Fit within 50 miles, I would have to hit filter, make, Honda, and the page would take a minute to load, then filter, model, Fit, and the page would have to reload, then filter, year, 2009, and the page would have to reload, etc.... it's incredibly frustrating and time consuming, especially given the fact that load times are so slow due to all the ads on the page. Craig's List allows users to enter in all of their filters/search criteria at once, and is therefore much more user-friendly. Also, the GPS system you all use is awful. I live in Bloomington, MN and according to you, Ham Lake MN is only 10 miles away. Ham Lake, in reality, is over an hour's drive north east of the twin cities. And unfortunately for your users, there is nowhere to manually enter our location to fix the issue. This means that after spending nearly twenty minutes on a search that would've taken five minutes on Craig's List, I realized that my search was null and void because the location you have listed for me is so wildly incorrect. I'm searching for a new car because mine is no longer functioning. Getting to a used car dealership over an hour away without a car to use is impossible, and extremely disheartening.

Website works pretty good and I like the pricing history and comparison to Kelly Blue Book.

My search for Cadillac CTS-v included cts cars, which is a waste IOC time, some adds don't show a phone or way to contact the seller

The only problem I have is they seem to leave out some of the smaller dealerships when searching.

Not enough options to reduce the search ...need more options like competitors. Any reported accidents, smaller or more specific dollar amount (too broad), seating, ect

They make it easy for the reluctant first time buyer

my photos appear upside down. We can't, and our kids can't, figure out how to turn them rightside up. Customer service is closed for the holiday.

Out of all the sites that I use, carsoup is the most difficult to deal with. Whenever I use carsoup, the pages keep scrolling or jump up and down. It is very frustrating to use this site when I am searching for something specific.

Easy to use and less clutter than the other car websites.

I found exactly what I was looking for was able to contact the dealer very easily and got responses right away.
